Fantasy film
What film has a leprechaun in it where a man catches him and puts him in a bag and takes him into a pub. I think he gives him wishes. There is also a white horse or unicorn in it and some sort of witch that is on top of a near by cave? Maybe a black and white film about twenty years old?
