    Enhanced Traction System Light ON
My husband drove to work this afternoon and while in line at Tim Horton's the (TC)light with a / through it and like water under it came on. We are wondering if it is all right for hime to drive it any farther for when he got to work the light still remains on and the check engin like is on as well. He also says that it smells like burning rubber and that while driving that it vibrates. If anyone is able to give me some insight I will be greatfull. Thank you daylight3:( Chevy Cavaliar 2002

Traction control is my guess. This is disabled when the check engine light comes on.
Sounds like it has a slipping belt and overheating. Get it checked ASAP!
