    Is this a personal or a company owned computer? Are you getting an Access Denied message? If it is company owned, there is likely a policy that is blocking you from opening the TCP/IP settings.

    U don't have the administrator privillege if it's a home computer / laptop log in with administrator then go to control panel /user account & change the account type if you are in a office network then ask to your administrator else ask me again for password breaking
