Female unable to orgasm, urinates when near orgasm
This is a complicated question. My girlfriend has never been able to have an orgasm. While performing oral sex, I found a spot on the clitorus where it seems like I could give her an orgasm. When it seems like she is starting to have an orgasm, she begins to urinate. I do believe it is urine due to the amount of fluid, and the fact that it comes during clitoral stimulation and not G-spot stimulation. She says she cannot stop this, and it is due to some kind of contractions. Is this common at all? Is there anything I (we) can do to help the situation? Worst case scenario, will she have a full orgasm if I don't stop if this happens?

Has she emptied her bladder before having sex?

The nerves around a woman's bladder are interlaced with the nerves around her sex organs. She doesn't have a prostate to act as a dam to prevent urine flow when she orgasms. Usually it's not a problem, but can become one. Has she had any spinal or back problems, bladder infections, bladder weakness after e.g. childbirth?

Her doing kegels (Pelvic floor exercises) may help. Or check with her doctor. There are medications she can take, but there might be a simpler way to solve this.

I'd put my money on female ejaculation (just because it is not g-spot oriented means nothing)

Does it taste like urine? If not-then it's okay.

Me too! I think you got yourself a SQUIRTER. It is not real common, but some women DO produce a large amount of fluid. I've seen it shoot all the way across the room.
The test is in the taste, assuming you can tell the difference?

I think that she is young and has an undeveloped orgasmic sexuality. She has associated in her mind the pleasurable feeling of an aroused state in the clitoris with urination... in that state, she can develop spasms of her short urinary canal opening which are pleasurable... followed automatically by the emptying of the bladder.

I would guess that she has never had a real orgasm. You should probably stop this game before it becomes entrenched... if she wants to go on and become fully orgasmic, she needs to follow a different path to pleasure!

Oh lord! Here we go again with the 'squirting' issue!

Have you actually talked to her about how it feels? 'Does it feel good?' or 'Does it feel like an orgasm?'!

Amazing. In two weeks, two posts about female ejaculation.

The ejaculate composition isn't always clear cut. Women who have larger volumes of ejaculate can have urine present. The ejaculate without urine present is a prostatic fluid similar to that in the mans semen. Some women are not able to easily separate orgasm from ejaculation. The fact its involuntary means its less likely mixed with urine, as women who at able to force it often have larger volumes, leading to suspicions of added urine volume.

Point is, even if its not g spot stim, it might simply be normal female "prostatic" fluid and not urine. Are you talking about a couple of tablespoons of fluid or more?

Honesty, a couple might prepare for a mans ejaculation and the "messiness" that can occur by having a towel present, so why would it be different here?

OK, I am very certain it is mostly (if not all) urine. It smells, tastes, looks like urine. And its about 4-6 ounces of fluid that comes out, until she stops it. She says she doesn't think she is having an orgasm. And about your "messiness" statement: I would be MORE than willing to accept the messiness. The real issue lies within the akwardness feeling she gets from this (which in my opinion is probably causing her lack of orgasm). I do talk to her about this but she just seems to get more frustrated when I do. All I need to know is if she if fact WILL have an orgasm following the release of the fluid. She usually stops in embarrassment. Thanks for all the responses! I really appreciate it!

I had the same problem. The first time it happened, it was self-inflicted & I was just plain dumbfounded. But its definitely NOT urine. I understand exactly what she means when she says she doesn't think its an orgasm, but there are 2 different kinds. The first is just an obvious orgasm & the other one is what your girl is experiencing. Pure clitoral stimulation is the cause of this (at least for me it is) it doesn't necessarily feel like a regular orgasm even though you literally '' & It may have a smell or a taste to it, but '' & urine are 2 totally different things.

Every time this has happened to me, there was a substantial amount & it is VERY common. There are pornos specifically about 'squirting' & you will notice that A lot comes out. Im sure that some of it very well could be urine, but I guarantee that the majority is not. If you don't stop when this happens, she will most definitely have a full orgasm. Ive found that when my man keeps going I orgasm pretty fast because it had made me much more sensitive. But just in case I wasn't able to help, please go to this website & you'll find out everything you need to know from a scientific standpoint.

OK how about you try looking at where the fluid is coming from. Women who ejaculate usually produce a large amount of fluid and it has a much stronger odor than recular secretions that lubricate the vaginal canal. So it may seem like urine. There is a tiny hole about the vaginal opening and below the clitoris if the fluid is coming from there then it's urine if not then its vaginal secretions. Next time it happens try to get a closer look. She may not realize it if it is an orgasm because she doesn't know what to expect an orgasm to feel like.
I'll be honest, I'm a squirter/gusher and sometimes it happens and I don't feel it coming until it comes out so it feels a little weird. The first time it happened I thought it was pee but it wasn't (thank goodness)
    Good luck

Id go with the shower it'd might help her relax and not feel so imbarrased about this. Seems to me like she is a squirter. She needs to relax and not worry about it. If she doesn't and is constantly focus on it, she probably won't orgasm. If it doesn't bother you, let her know. If you're OK with it, let her know that. Its OK, normal. Once she gets that she hopefully should be able to.

I may be the same as your girl; I went to the doc the morning after the first time it happened and he pressed on the exact spot and produced about 2 - 3 ounces of a bodily fluid that was (THANK GOSH) not urine. Some of us women "squirt" lubricant when stimulated a certain way..

She is having a lovely time when she does that darling.
    Carry on.
