Is this how you do your homework? Lol

    3 + 4 is 7
    7 + 4 is 11

So the 12th number in the sequence, if you continued adding 4, would be 47.

If you have a specific question, perhaps you could ask and we can answer and teach.

In this question, you asked "What will be the 12th term of the following sequence if the pattern continues? 3, 7, 11, ..."

    So,
    Term 1 = 3
    Term 2 = 7
    Term 3 = 11

    Note the difference b/w Term 1 and Term 2 is 4 (7-3).
Also Note the difference b/w Term 2 and Term 3 is 4 (11-7).

Therefore, you can assume the pattern that each term is a difference of 4

    Term 4 = Term 4 - Term 3 = 4 and we know Term 3 is 11, so Term 4 is 15
    Term 5 = 15+4=19
    Term 6 = 19+4=23
    Term 7 =
    Term 8 =
    Term 9 =
    Term 10 =
    Term 11 =
    Term 12 = etc...

    until you get Term 12=47
