    What qualifies as abandonment in the state of California. How do you file?

    California is a No-Fault Only [1]state for Divorce, this means that no party has to prove the other is at fault for the Divorce, only that there are irreconcilable differences between the husband and wife. [2]

    Abandonment of a marital partner in California is also a misdemeanor.
