    The best sandwiches in the world.EVER!
    Can anyone out there beat my sarnie recipe?

    Ingredients:
    2 thick slices of seeded wholemeal bread
    Large wedge of mature chedder
    Handful of rocket
    Fresh ground pepper
    Twist of lemon

    Method:
    Take one slice of bread, lay the rocket on top and add a pinch of pepper. Next, take the lump of cheese and chip small chunks off it, about the size of a small dice, scatter the chunks evenly among the rocket finish off with a sqeeze of lemon et voilą!

    It's a leafy, peppery tasting hearb. Its mainly used in salad to wake it up, if it was asleep
