    Tbadeals.us
Hi I am writing about tbadeals.us. Has anyone done online business with them? I have sent them $25 for ads and a table at their online party and nothing! No answer no ads on their site no table listed in their Winter Blahs Fair for me and my business. I put the word out if any one knows them or does business with them in all the Yahoo groups I belong to.
I have gotten 2 replies about them sending money for ads and nothing also. One woman has sent them $120 and nothing asked for her money back and nothing. She figures it is just money lost. I have not lost as much but I want to report her bad business and get my money back if I can.
Does anyone know of where to start to report this bad business? Better Business Bureau? Is there someone or some agency that deals with online business? Should I just report it to my credit card company? Help
Most of you know me for my readings on the psychic forum. But I didn't do my cards before I did business with them or I might have had some warning! Please Help! ranieri

I suggest starting with your State Attorney General, who may very well have a way to complain online.

And in the case of my State AG (Ohio), they will inquire with the company - and the company is required to respond.

I've successfully resolved a dozen issues over the years through the AG.

My name is Kristy Pruitt and I am the new owner of TBA Deals. As you can see from the Whois information above, the site was transferred to me on February 14th, 2006. I had no idea that people were having bad dealings with the previous owners, or I would not have purchased the site.

I have sent an email to ranieri about this situation, hoping to rectify it in some way. If anyone else is reading this and has had a bad dealing with TBA Deals, please send a receipt showing the money you lost to [email protected] and I will be glad to work something out with you also.

    Thanks,
    Kristy

I've seen many views of this thread - along with attempts to post in it... so have reopened it for the benefit of both customers and the company.

Yes, I will say that most likely the new owner will be responsible for money owed since new owners normally not only purchase the business but also assume the debts of the company.

So I will assume that the new owner will make good the promises of the company. I hope we will see posts where the customers have been satisfied with the results.
