My political words to live by: A New Revolution!
Here's a letter chain I made! Send it to all of your friends!

    >Presidential candidates

    >>are kind of like books…

    >>>some people are

    >>>>interested in them

    >>>>>and

    >>>>some are not.

    >>>You may like one only

    >>because you don't

    >bother looking at another.

    >>Some are black, some are white,

    >>>but none

    >>>>are Mexican, because that's just ridiculous.

    >>>>>Presidential candidates,

    >>>>like books,

    >>>are

    >>often boring,

    >and usually only gay people and

    >>old people pay attention to them.

    >>>And most importantly,

    >>>>about half

    >>>>>of the time the things they say never

    >>>>happen in real life.

    >>>So this election season,

    >>do everyone a

    >favor

    >>and stop arguing about politics, and instead

    >>>read a book;

    >>>>either way you are going to

    >>>>>be considered

    >>>>a nerd, but at least if you

    >>>read a book

    >>you won't be called

    >an a$$hole.

    >>Help start a revolution and

    >>>show your patriotism by forwarding this message

    >>>>to 10 other people.

    >>>>>If you don't help

    >>>>Our country will be doomed!

    >>>Don't let Lady Liberty down!

    Hello Worth:

That is one of the most stupidest and racist things I've ever read. Till a few days ago, we DID have a Mexican on the ballot too. You haven't a clue which one, do you? I guess cause he wasn't wearing his sombrero.

Oh, I'm so sorry, I didn't expect it to be so controversial, even though it is a joke! Now that I think about, no one ever seems to make jokes according to race or state of mind, so I must be a completely racists and bias person.

Don't worry about excon, Worthbeads. He reads books.

As far as comparisons of politicians to inanimate objects, I happen to think that politicians are like slinkies. Completely useless, but when one of them takes a tumble down the stairs it inevitably causes us to smile.

Or in the tradition of Norm Peterson: "Politicians... can't live with 'em. Pass the beer nuts."

    Elliot
