    Sore hip
I have this pain in my left hip that I've had for almost 2 years now. I'm 24 years old and fairly healthy. Its not unbareable but it is quite annoying and I don't want it to get any worse. My grandma recently had her hip replaced so I wonder if its something hereditary... anyone have a similar problem and/or have any suggestions?

Does it feel like a muscle pain or something deeper? Why did your grandmother have to have a hip replacement? You don't remember injuring yourself when it first started? Even a fall.. If it's something that concerns you, I would suggest speaking with your doctor... although you are young, if osteoporosis runs in your family there may be something you want to look out for.

You could try essential fatty acids and Hylaronic acid it takes a couple months to notice a difference.

Any folk remedies, home cures for a sore hip? It is almost certainly arthritic. I walk a lot and do Tai Chi, but it has definitely gotten sorer over last few weeks. Any ideas/diet suggestions on how to minimize discomfort/stop deterioration/heal? Thanks.
