    Should a apartment complex have to change old windows after so long.

    If windows are 30 years old they are outdated and probably need replaced,

    if they are exposed to the weather they deteriorate, plus they show that

    the owner is taking care of the property, and add value at selling time

    Hello again:

    If this weren't the LAW board, I'd agree that an owner SHOULD take care of his property.

    However, he isn't REQUIRED to by law, which I assumed was the question.
