    What does 'carlos' mean?
    You know, I've always been intrested in name origins, like biblical names and stuff. But I've allways wondered about my name.
    PS if you can tell me what 'rodrigo' means too I would be very have :) :D

    It's actually the spanish and Portuguese form of charles.

    Here's what I found...

    The boy's name Carlos is of Spanish origin. Variant of Charles (Old German), which means "free man". Carlo is an Italian form.


    The boy's name Rodrigo is of Spanish and Portuguese origin. Variant of Roderick, which means "famous power".

    Rodrigo - spanish form of roderick, was also king of spain in the 8th cent.
