    I'd think that folk like the secretary, and maybe even some of the managers, etc. would be the non-technical ones.

    Hi pals
    Till now I could know that technical skills are those which you have practical experience in lik programming language's (IT ndustry) and non-tech skils are lik communication skills,planning,decion making skills,reading,calulating skills etc, I hope I'm write if any one knows better than what I came to know then please let me know
