    Ownership of the media
    Can someone please help me answer the following question:
    What is the direct and indirect ownership of the media? How might it be viewed as a threat to democracy? What do you think?

    As an employee of a newspaper, I think those who own media are too busy pinching pennies and analyzing profit margins to be a threat to democracy.
