= [4x (x -2 ) -2x (x -3)]/(x-3)(x-2)

= (4x^2 - 8x - 2x^2 + 6x)/(x-3)(x-2)

= (2x^2 -2x)/(x-3)(x-2)

= 2x (x -1)/(x -3) (x -2)
