    Eviction of family member
My 21 year old daughter is continuously stealing from me, and admitting people into my property through her bedroom window. The police tell me that without an eviction notice, I cannot throw her out. She has been diagnosed with asbergers( a high fuctioning autistic disorder) and is presently receiving ssi for this(Iwhich I don't see a penny of) I have done everything possible to get her help, however her actions have caused me to lose thousands(stealing from mer) what steps can I take to rectify this problem, I am willing to evict her, but I am unaware of what steps I need to take. Sionce I am on disability, I have liitle funds to work with. Please advise on this matter. Thank you

I think the police are full of it on this one. Put her things out on the curb and change the locks!
