    Eating Patterns.
    I have often wondered why I cannot stop eating one day and then the next I am barely hungry?? Does anyone know why this is??

    Well if you didn't eat so much the day before that wouldn't happen, silly person. :D But yes I can go a whole week not having an appetite and then the next week Ill be little miss piggy. So I guess Ill have to force myself to eat even when I'm not hungry so I don't go on a feeding frenzy the week after or does that make any sense?
