    Is he a renter, is there any rrental agreement, does he pay to tay and so on.

    Ok, how old is the child?

    Normally if they are over 18 you just tell them to get out, and lock them out if they don't move. I have had to do that to one of my own at one point. You can give them a notice and go though court if you want to, but there is no requirement in most states.

    My daughther has lived with me for a number of years paying rent irregularly,but she has not pay any for the last four months.I am 81 years old and living off my retirement pension check.We do not get along and I want her and her 10 year old son out of the house,so I can sell it and move to an apartment that I am able to afford
