    Quickbooks Pro 2006 Currency Issues
Hi, I currently use Quickbooks Pro 2006, and have different currency (EUR/ USD/ XCD) accounts with different banks. I have a dilemma: what is the best procedure when using exchange rates, as my quickbooks version only allows one currency. Thanks for your time! Maria

You might want to consider switching to Microsoft's Office Accounting Professional for this problem. It supports multiple currency formats.

The Multi-currency feature was not available in QB 2006 (at least for US versions--it is new for 2009). Unfortunately, once you set up your base currency, you cannot change it. QB is set up to use US$ as the base/home currency.
