The details on your situation are a little too brief, but possible solutions could be:

    1. Cord is unplugged, or partially plugged in.
    2. Microwave door isn't latching correctly, or latches are worn.
    3. The open release for the microwave door is stuck in, but looks like it's out.
    4. Possible microwave fuse blown.
    5. Magnetron is shot.
    6. The kitchen breaker or fuse is kicked out for that outlet

    Does the clock work?
If not, then it could be #1, #4, or #6

Does the interior light come on?
If not, then it could be #1, #4, or #6
If yes, then it could be #2, #3, or #5

    Does the turntable turn?
If no, then it could be #2 or #3
If yes, then it could be #5

These are some examples and possible solutions
