    How do I get bonded in nyc
    I would like to how to get boned or do iI have to get bonded to start a business

    I would suggest checking with officials at City Hall to determine whether you need bonding or not depending on the type of business that you have. If you do, then you go to an insurance agent to inquire about bonding.

    If you are starting a business, then it is very necessary for you to at least have liability insurance. You need to also see if you need a license in order to run your business.

    Two really great sites to get information on the rules and also advice for starting your small business are http://www.sba.gov/ and SCORE "Counselors to America's Small Business"
