    Binding contracts
    If I sign all the papers for a mortgage and I binded it to instantly, because I have signed papers for one company but since have found a better deal, I am stuck?

    Depends on what you signed. If you haven't closed on the property, you may still be able to get out of the mortgage, though you would probably forfeit any fees you paid and they could bill you charges incurred (like apprasial fees).
