    Can you explain how to convert XSD to XMl format?

    You can use an xml editor such as Altova's XMLSpy to generate an xml document from an existing xsd. Here's a link to the documentation

    You can download their software and try it out for 30 days if you wish. It's a fully functional copy of the software.
