    Every minute I have to go to tools-internet options-temporary internet files-settings-view files- then discover the whole page is cluuter and I need to delete it before my computer runs better. There has to be something I can do so I am not at every minute having to do this! Thanks in advance for your help!

    This may be because your cache size is large. Try reducing it ( the slider in tools - internet options - settings ).
