    Periods with dieting
    Why does dieting effect your period?

    I'm currently on a diet just to lose 10 pounds, does that mean my period will not come/be late?

    Can this be avoided?

    10 poudns shouldn't effect my body too much right?

    Do you think it can be avoid? (A late/missed period)

    Lets wait until one of them sees this thread, they maybe able to help you on this.:)

    Personally for me, periods delay a day or two and I am 26 and have given birth too.

    For me, its normalyl a week of being delayed.

    If it already delays that much, you should consult a Doc before dieting just to be safe.

    Yea.I think that's what I'm going to do. . I'm going to continue with my diet and if I see naything getting weird I'm going to my doctor.
