    Coastal property insurance
    I'm thinking about putting a bid in on a property beside a beach . I've heard insurance for coastal properties are higher than more inland properties? Is this true?

    In some places esp areas of high hurricane experience, it is even hard to find. But yes it can be much, much higher, Check with your current insurance agent, they can get you better info
