    I'm not sure how accurate this is, it seems like everyone is having trouble finding this number.

    If you can't contact them, get in touch with your bank. They'll have more contact info for you, and if you still can't get it resolved, they'll be able to investigate the payment and dispute it for you. Much easier than handling it yourself.
