    Obtaining an anullment
    I been married for five months, three weeks and four days and would like to get an anullment due to spousel abuse?

    You will need to contact a local attorney, most likely you will need to file for a divorce

    Hello d:

    An annulment happens when one of the participants wasn't legally eligible to be married. That didn't happen in your case. The Padre is right. You need a divorce.
