    Egyptian berries
Does anyone know what fruits and berries were available in Ancient Egypt at about 1800 BC?

Here is an article that names many of them:
    Ancient Egypt: Fruits and Vegetables

And this one, To Live and Die in Ancient Egypt; Food, Drink, and Feasting adds that "nabk berries were common."

And if you want to take it further, here's a bunch of links for pages with "ancient egypt" AND fruit AND berries.
