    Are AFLAC premiums paid by an employee qualify for pretax under section 125?

    They can be, if your 125 was written to include them. There are reasons against paying for some insurance premiums pre tax. For example, if you pay disability insurance pre tax, your benefits will be taxed.

    Yes, as a matter of fact, when we implement Aflac for our company clients they do qualiy for Sec. 135.
