    I think Yahoo can do all of that for you, but there are other services out there.

    It really depends on what you are trying to setup. When you mention email, it sounds a little more involved than a personal webpage. I use Adaptive.net because they have reasonable prices, but there are a ton of competitors out there. Adaptive has POP3 email included in the host fee, plus other support for commerce.
