    Hampton bay ceiling fan with lights
    Model - Portland -52 inch

    I installed the ceiling fan and lights

    The fan works perfectly the lights do not come on

    Now what?

    These hampton bay fans usually have a plastic connector that just plugs into the wiring harness. Unlikely, but did you plug it in correctly? Also, (sorry), but there are two pull chains for these things; one for the fan and the other for the lights. The chain should pull out and make a definite click when engaged.

    Check the wiring at the light kit and at the ceiling. How is it wired in the ceiling?
