    Home based wine business
We make homemade wine at home. Most of it is given away. Is there a limit on how many gallons you can have on hand? And do we need to get a winery license?

    Hello msp:

If your state allows you to make it at home, it's a perfectly legal substance. You can keep as much on hand as you like. If you don't sell it, you don't need a license.
