What state are you in? Every state has a different way of getting transcripts from closed schools.

Ok, this one is a little tricky. When I did a search for the school located in Colorado, I got this: Incorporated by Michael Schledorn, William E. Winger, Joe E. Lee, Richard Lamm, Commonwealth International University, Inc. is located at PO Box 441000-124 Aurora, CO 80044. Commonwealth International University, Inc. was incorporated on Tuesday, February 24, 1998 in the State of FL and is currently not active.

This means your transcripts could really be in 1 of 3 states: So contact all of them until you find it. I would start with Montana because that is where you took the course and they should have turned them over to Montana however they could also be in Colorado and Florida too. If you don't have success let me know and I will dig a little harder.
