    Make or earn
    Is it grammatically correct to say,

    "I make a lot of money babysitting other people's children."??

    It all depends on the sentence structure.

    The sentence you have provided is grammatically correct since the Treasury and printing presses physically MAKE money.

    To earn money, one must have a job.
