Don't let what you can't do interfere with what you can.

If you think you can or if you think you can't, either way you're right.

My favorite is someone else's. It goes as follows, by Allheart:
Never look down on someone, unless you are helping them up!
I will never forget the day I first read this. Changed my whole life right around into something spectacular. I hope it does the same for you. Hugs, Startover22

Thanks, they are fun. I get them from Smiley Central and create a button on my toolbar called Emoticons. Some people might not like it because it also includes 'mywebsearch' - which is spam to a lot of people. I have not had a problem with them so far, so I guess they are safe for my purposes at home. Smiley Central

No spam attack here... just user problems.

    I have a few...

Dream as if you'll live forever, Live as if you'll die today -fortune cookie

We must all face the choice between what is right and what is easy - JK Rowling through Albus Dumbledore

The Heart May Freeze Or It Can Burn; The Pain Will Ease If I Can Learn; There Is No Future; There Is No Past; I Live This Moment As My Last: There's Only Us; There's Only This; Forget Regret Or Life Is Yours To Miss; No Other Road; No Other Way-No Day But Today - Jonathan Larson spoken through RENT

"buddy the elf, whats your favorite color!?" - Will Farrell - Elf (sorry, not so inspirational, it always makes me laugh though)

Comedy is by far my favorite.

-I want to die peacefully, in my sleep, like my grandfather, not screaming, terrified, like his passengers.

-I'd kill for a Nobel Peace prize.

-If you try to fail, and succeed, which have you done?

-Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

Here is some I recently found"When the world pushes you to your knees, your are in the perfect position to pray."

"Better to avoid the poison altogether than to try to heal from the damage it causes."

"If it is not truthful and not helpful, don't say it. If it is truthful and not helpful, don't say it. If it is not truthful and helpful, don't say it. If it is truthful and helpful, wait for the right time."

"The chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken."

"Not wishy-washy, not up and down, don't zig and zag.
    Be firm.
    Walk straight."

"Don't seek anything other than contentment, because therein is the bliss and the comfort of your body. Then consider the case of a person who possesses the whole world, can he take with him in the grave more than cotton and a shroud?"
