Most courthouse (town halls) have websites. Google to find yours and they will probably tell you.

Or, pick up the phone book and call your town hall. Most likely, you'll have to apply for a marriage license, provide any required information to do so (some still require blood tests), then make an appointment with a judge and/or find out available marriage performance hours.
