    I need a home
I am 57 years old and would like to buy a home. I have no down payment. I am single and my income is not that much. I do have a full time job but it only pays $11.00 dollars an hour. I don't know if I could get a loan for a home at my age and with no down payment. Does anyone have any advice?

Have you looked in to Section 8 housing?

You can get a loan with no down payment, but you have to have excellent credit :)
