Criminal Record?
In Toronto Canada I got the appearance notice and fingerprinted. On first appearance I was told to pay few $ to charity and after two day I was told your charge has been withdrawn/dismissed.
Question: 1) Am I convicted?
2) Am I having criminal record?
3) Am I considered charged for this event?

If the case was dismissed no to all 3, but was the money you paid refunded, what was it for exactly? Was it some sort of settlement?

This was under diversion... On first day judge asked me to go with lady (That lady was associated with one charity), later lady told me to pay to charity and bring receipt for the same. On next appearance I handed over receipt to I guess prosecutor and finally judge told me charge is withdrawn/dismissed.

What was the crime, did you do something like vandalism to the charities offices? I don't see why they would tell you to give money to a charity during a case.
It sounds like my assumption is correct, you damaged property belonging to the charity and they megotiated to have you make a donation to make up for it and more and dropped the case. If this assumtion is correct you would not have a record.
