    Repairing muscles
    How would I be able to stop my lef calf muscle from hurting constantly, I've either pulled it, bruised it or damaged it the pain is originating from about 3 inches under the knee cap, down the left side of my left leg

    Been running lately? Walking a lot?

    Yea I have (been running about ) during which I felt snap of some sort but I'm able to walk, (it just hurts alot), so any ideas on what I can do to fix it or make the pain subside a bit

    Could be shin splints, could be a hairline fracture. Only way to know for sure is to see your doctor.

    Yeah, we all hope NOT to have to go to a doctor. But really, how can we properly diagnose you over the internet without an exam, X-rays, etc. It is impossible.

    Whenever asking a health question you will most likely get referred to a doctor.
