I would call a health food store, or if you doctor and ask, that is a potentially fatal disease your dealing with. I would not leave that to just anyone to answer. We have a health expert (j9) . She would be the only one I would trust to answer. Their may be a few others but I would check their profiles before I took that kind of advice.

From the website Celiac Disease Gluten-free Diet Information at Celiac.com I see that soy lecithin is indeed gluten free.

Here is their page that list safe gluten free foods.

Yes, it is gluten free. My youngest son has Celiac Disease and has been a great education process in finding the right products for him. There are even some yogurts with gluten.

One of your greatest resources is right there with your nutrionist or dietician. Your doctor can refer you to one of them. Part of their inservice with a patient is how to read the labels and identify ingredients (gluten hides in other names).

I have had great luck calling companies and inquiring about their ingredients when I have not been totally sure.

    Some web resources include:
Celiac Disease Gluten-free Diet Information at Celiac.com
    MedlinePlus: Celiac Disease
    Gluten-Free Recipes
    Celiac Disease

One note of caution that I will pass onto you, that my son's dietican passed onto me. Some organizations will differ as to amounts of gluten that is considered gluten free. Meaning that some consider a small portion of gluten tolerable, while others maintain the strict no gluten approach. So read carefully and always weigh what you read with what your specialist has instructed. I know for my son, a strict no gluten diet is the only diet he is allowed. Whenever in doubt, err on the side of going to the stricter guidelines. Call your doctor.

Best of good health to you.
