    Security center
My Windows security center doesn´t work. I tried start-Services.msc-security center-automatic-apply-run-restart. (as Microsoft recommends) but when I open security center I receive the same message: disabled. What can I do? Thanks for your help

Click Start>>Run. Enter "cmd" (minus the quotes)
In the box and click OK. That will put you at a command prompt. Enter
"netsh winsock reset" (again, minus the quotes). Press enter. Close the
DOS window and reboot the computer.
