    Birth control question!
    How long does it take the birth control shot Depo vera to get out of your system? I really need to know! Thanks! :)

    It takes about a year or some times a year in a half

    Depends on how long you have been taking it... I you only had one dose, it could be out of your system in about 6 months from when u were administered the shot

    I had a friend that was on the shot and was told anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, this depends on the length of time that you have had the shots... has was taking them for 4 years.
