    As you were told, we don't solve your homework. Instead, try to think about it.

    2. if you would use a center of a circle as it's name, it would mean that by providing me a center of a circle (as a point), I can only make one circle which has a center in your given point. Is that true?

    3. if you give me a part of a circle, will I be able to construct the whole circle from it? What if you give me an arc? What if you give me only one point of a circle?
