I want to say thank you!
This isn't a question but I really want to thank this forum and its members.
I am planning to have sex soon, I knew I wanted to have sex but my knowledge lacked, which made sex seem some what scary, not the emotional involvement but the physical aspects and consequences so I set it upon myself to get some know how.
After asking questions and reading posts on this forum, along with other things such as going to the doctor , talking to my mum its made me feel so confident.
All fear has vanished into the distance, there is no doubt in me that something could go wrong because of ignorance.
I really want to thank everyone for answering my questions on sexual and female health, I wish they could be so in depth about this as school. I have had so many sex-education lessons from nurses and scientists and the miss out so much.
All I knew was there was a pill, a shot, and implant and condom. They only really explained the condom.
They didn't go into STIs AT ALL, they named them but not symptoms or treatments.
They didn't even mention cervical cancer , how you can get it, or herpes.
Its ridiculous.
So thanks,
Princessofathousanddays.
