    Excatly what kind of conflict are you wondering about?

    Between friends? Spouses? Children? Co-workers?

    The list could be endless with endless possibilities.

    Conflict is handled differently for each particular situation.

    I deal with conflict better and better all the time... but then I love to learn and there has been lots to learn on that topic! LOL

    If it is people conflict, I try to listen to the other side. I also know when to give up and completely back off.

    Typically, by trying to find a solution that appeals to all parties involved. Most of all, compassionately.
