    2003 ford explorer power window problem
    The passanger window will not go down, switch is good, tried it on the rear window and it worked fine.
    There is 12 volts on the wire to the motor when the switch is pressed for the up control but not any when the down control is pressed.

    It's most likely the master switch. Go to this link. Then click on the PDF. Once it's open, roll your mouse wheel up and down to see how power and ground both must flow through the master switch. IF you don't have a mouse wheel, just do page up and page down.
