    Old TV, new dvd
    How do I hook up a very old Mitsubishi TV, a new DVD player and Direct TV service?

    It's hard to be specific without knowing which input connections the TV is equipped with.

    You might be able to attach the Direct TV receiver or the DVD player to a RV modulator and connect the RV modulator to the TV's antenna connection. You could then connect the other device to the TV's stereo audio and composite video inputs.

    You might be able to connect the Direct TV receiver and DVD player to a stereo audio/composite video switch and connect the switch to the stereo and composite inputs on the TV.

    If the TV is so old it lacks stereo audio and composite video jacks you could connect an RF modulator between the switch and the RF antenna connection on the TV

    Look for RF modulators or stereo audio/composite video switches at video game or other electronic retailers.
