    Guest Won't Leave
A guest, invited to stay in our home for a week, has returned repeatedly after being asked to leave over and over, and sneakily has claimed residency by having mail sent here. Now he has become a nuisance, a threat, an unwanted "squatter" with several nasty habits: In several ways, he can be considered a danger to our son, who is a special needs child who attends a special school. The unwanted person has never been asked to pay rent, so he is not a tenant, but police will not escort him away as a trespasser. Will a request for a temporary restraining order effectively rid us of this person in a quick way, or is there another, more appropriate course of action?

Wow. Get a man and make him leave and if he doesn't leave then beat him up.

How could you be so scared as to not tell him to get the hell out.

Its your house and if he isn't paying rent and isn't wanted there he should be out no questions asked.

As for a temp restraining order call the authority for that information.

Let me see, don't let them in the house, getting mail somewhere means nothing.

If they have a key change the locks, if they cause a issue call the police on them.
