    Intermatic T103 Pool Timer
I have an Intermat T103 pool timer that was installed not long ago but the clock has never run. I'm sure the problem is that it is not wired properly because the two wires for the clock have no voltage across them. I need to know how to properly wire it.

You should have voltage on the 2 clock wires.
Check for voltage on all wires, or breaker off/tripped.
Line in is 1 and 3, line out is 2 and 4.

I have voltage incoming. In fact, I can turn it on manually and it works. It just won't work on automatic because the close doesn't run.

If the clock motor is defective, they can be replaced, Be sure to get number off motor as they have different styles and 120 or 240 volts.
